VINUM is an extension of the 19th century cellars where Graham’s famous Port wines are aged. The main room of the restaurant breathes that same world of wine, with its historic pine wood beams supported by 1890’s iron pillars and a unique view of the 3200 barrels of wine aging in the cellars.

The historic Graham’s Lodge was built in 1890 on a hilltop in Vila Nova de Gaia, overlooking the Douro River and the city of Porto. Situated 3.5 km from the Atlantic and about 300 meters from the Douro River, the lodge is ideally located for the long barrel aging of Port.
The influence of the ocean is profound, with moderate, mild winters and humid summers. The frequent sea fogs in July and August, coupled with the cold northwest winds, the “Nortada”, ensure that summer temperatures never reach excessive levels, thus guaranteeing a continuous and balanced maturation of the wines.
The group will enjoy a guided tour of the winery, lasting just under an hour, followed by a tasting of two wines and some time to shop in the store, before moving on to dinner at the memorable VINUM.

The Baron’s Gallery- The Baron’s Gallery has a total area of 650m2 and can accommodate 550 people. It is adjacent to The Baron’s Hall and could thus host the first part of the event, to continue in the Baron’s Hall, or hold a separate event entirely.
